Sally Holliday is an Art Therapist, Transpersonal Counsellor, Nature Connection Facilitator, and founder of Seasons of Self Creative Therapies.
I take a heart-centred approach to therapeutic work with clients, supporting you to be the narrator of your own story. I accompany you throughout the exploration and discovery process, reflecting back with a listening ear and zero judgment. Like curious explorers, we rediscover the various layers and parts of self, integrating these together in a continual process of self-realisation, actualisation and affirmation.
A transpersonal approach to healing and personal growth translates to ‘moving beyond the persona or egoic mask’. Much of our day to day experience is culturally conditioned. It is possible for our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions to become familiar patterns of experience governed by external forces. But we each have a unique potential; to realise this, we need to be attuned to our inner voice.
Working transpersonally means venturing beyond the surface to retrieve parts of self that have remained hidden, unexpressed or forgotten. It also means considering the whole person, and working toward an integrated and actualised self.
