I am a climate-aware practitioner. In the face of climate anxiety, eco-grief, and loss, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and become immobolised. Attuning to beauty, awe, and wonder can be a potent antidote for despair. Active appreciation has a way of thawing out the frozen/stricken self with a warm renewing breath of hope.

Sessions held outdoors provide an opportunity to reflect on the intrinsic intelligence of the more-than-human-world, whilst prompting you to tune-in to your own nature.
When we move the body, we move what we’re carrying inside. Walking side-by-side offers a different dynamic than traditional face to face therapies, combining gentle physical movement with a natural setting. The rhythmic motion of walking and flow of breath calms the central nervous system, whilst releasing tension and stress.
