Counselling
Transpersonal Counselling is more than talking. We might utilise writing activities such as journalling, storytelling, drawing mind maps, or dialoguing.
To help you get out of your thinking head and into your feeling body, we may get out of our chairs and do some embodiment exercises, a guided visualisation or meditation process. We also work with the breath to calm our central nervous system.
Counselling sessions are conducted either in person or online.
