Much of our day to day experience is culturally conditioned. Our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions become familiar patterns, governed by external forces, slipping by our concious awareness. Creative expression, through art making, journalling, object play and physical movement can bring us home, back to our true essence and self-determined values.
Each of us is made up of many facets. In transpersonal therapy, we explore what’s behind the mask, venturing beyond the surface to retrieve parts of yourself that may have been kept hidden, unexpressed, or forgotten. Integrating these puzzle pieces leads to a sense of coherence and wholeness.
