We are not separate from nature, but rather inextricably connected to the web of life around us. It can be nourishing to open up when held by the expansiveness of nature.

Many look to nature for wisdom and insight when it comes to resilience, personal growth and healing. Spending time amongst the elements is an evidence-based approach to improving health and wellbeing.

For these reasons, I offer sessions outdoors, guiding clients to take inspiration from their surroundings.

Nature-based Expressive Art Sessions

It’s only natural to express your creative nature. At base, we are not seperate from, but rather at one with nature. We are nature. Increasing urbanisation, digital creep, and the frenetic pace of life mean this understanding has become fractured. It’s all too easy to lose sight of who and what we are.

I facilitate nature-based expressive art sessions indoors or en plein air (outside) in beautiful locations across Canberra that invite you to:

  • Tune into your surroundings (and your inner landscape)

  • Activate your senses and appreciate the little details

  • Restore attention and find focus

  • Settle/recalibrate your nervous system

  • Find your stride and reinvigorate your body

  • Let go of stress and tension

  • Nurture your creative self

“Nature is an infinite sphere
of which the center is everywhere
and the circumference nowhere.”
- Blaise Pascal
