A transpersonal approach to healing and personal growth translates to ‘moving beyond the persona or egoic mask’
Much of our day to day experience is culturally conditioned. It is possible for our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions to become familiar patterns of experience, governed by external forces. But we each have a unique potential and to realise this, we need to be attuned to our inner voice.
Working transpersonally means venturing beyond the surface to retrieve parts of self that have remained hidden, unexpressed or forgotten. It also means considering the whole person, working toward an integrated and actualised self.

“Sally’s workshop really surprised me. I had expected an hour of fun crafting but instead it was a gentle warm hug to the soul via a creative outlet. It stopped me in my tracks and made me look inwards in a way I hadn’t in quite some time. Sally’s ability to intertwine mindfulness mental health and creativity is impressive. I highly recommend attending one of Sally’s workshops.”
